Urban Layer Galaxy grey contacts display an exotic pattern that is enriched with a mystic fusion of colors from the constellation in space. Featuring the bold shades of grey & black with accents of white star dust that seems to float in the swirl create a bespoke illusion. Urban Layer Galaxy grey contact lenses are ideal for creative photo shoot, fancy dress show and for every occasion that needs to you play outside the box. Galaxy prints always hold an exciting attraction due to the amalgamation of charismatic colors. The contacts are known to be very comfortable & moist as they boast the water content above 40%. Patients with dry eyes might need to use some rewetting eye drops.
Note:
- Allow your lenses to oxidize before the first wear. Soak them in multi-purpose solution for at least 6-8 hours or use 3N lens cleaner as it oxidizes in just 30 seconds.
- Keep your contacts away from water. Do not wash your face when wearing contacts. If needs to rinse lenses while wearing them, try Blink n Clean eye drops.
Please take note that 12 months replacement period is a maximum period you can use. After you opened the lenses, it depends on the frequency you used.
It's wear and tear product, the more frequent you use, you shall dispose it in shorter period time frame. The longest you can use is 12 months. Says you used it every day, then we advise you to dispose it within 3 months.
This is non-opaque colored contacts, it will blend according to your original eye color and may look different from the model's photos. Most of the models have dark brown eyes.

- Shipping -
We have 2 warehouses which they are in Malaysia & China, so products may be shipped separately. Not to worry, tracking number will be provided for each package sent.
Shipping may be combined sometimes and you may not see the delivery time frame during checkout. In such case, we will ship with Standard/Economy Shipping and the below shipping time shall apply.

1. The delivery time frame is based on the best ESTIMATION. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions, weather conditions, the volume of mail traffic and etc.
2. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the Recipient.
3. Estimated delivery time frame EXCLUDE processing time (found in product description).
4. Please provide a contact number, postal code and buzz code (if any) in the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box address. Delivery is usually done from Monday to Friday, working hours only.
5. Please contact us if the package did not reach within the mentioned delivery time frame, else we will not be able to perform an investigation with the shipper. We will not entertain any claim after such a period.
6. It’s the buyer's responsibility to track the package, please track regularly.
- Cancellation* -
1. Request can be made before item is fulfilled.
*Toric & Hyperopia contact lenses are not available for cancellation as they are custom made items.
- Return* -
1. For order after shipped, contacts can be returned at buyer's cost and 10% restocking fee will be charged. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
2. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 14 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
3. We advise you to email us to find out more about the product if you are unsure or do intensive research before ordering.
*Wigs are not available for return due to hygiene.
- Exchange -
Exchange is applicable when you received defective or wrong items, please send us the photo of the received items and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method. Replacement with other same value item or refund only can be done if the same item is out of stock.
