- Sweety Colorful Rio grey come packaged in blisters where each lens floats in isotonic buffered solution. Please convert the lenses into lens cases filled with contact lens disinfectant (multi-purpose solution) for at least 6 hours or overnight prior to the first wear.
- The box contains information about the manufacturing date, expiry and origin.
Please take note that 12 months replacement period is a maximum period you can use. After you opened the lenses, it depends on the frequency you used.
It's wear and tear product, the more frequent you use, you shall dispose it in shorter period time frame. The longest you can use is 12 months. Says you used it every day, then we advise you to dispose it within 3 months.
This is non-opaque colored contacts, it will blend according to your original eye color and may look different from the model's photos. Most of the models have dark brown eyes.

We have 3 warehouses which they are in Malaysia, China & US, so products may be shipped separately. Not to worry, tracking number will be provided for each package sent.
Shipping may be combined sometimes and you may not see the delivery time frame during checkout. In such case, we will ship with Standard/Economy Shipping and the below shipping time shall apply.

- Custom made items such as toric contacts & hyperopia contacts are not allowed to be returned.
- Wig is not allowed to be returned due to hygiene reason.
- For order after shipped, item can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted if approved, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
- Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
