Payment
Is my payment information secured?
No, we are not authorised to do so. All your payment details are securely processed by our 3rd party payment provider.
Will i receive payment receipt?
Yes of course. You will receive payment receipt from the payment provider after making payment. Please check spam/junk folder if you do not get it. Kindly take note you shall confirm your order items and shipping address on the order confirmation sent by us, instead of the payment provider.
Our name appeared in the payment receipt/ credit card statement shall be UNIQSO Holdings Pte. Ltd. or UNIQSOSG.
Processing & Shipping
How long do you take to process?
Generally we take 3-4 business days to process the order except below products
1. Toric (for astigmatism), hyperopia & high prescription contact lenses (-10.00 & above) - 4 ~ 8 weeks
2. Brand Acuvue, Airsoft, Air Optix, Alcon, Bausch & Lomb, Biofinity, Biomedics, Clariti, Dailies, Freshkon, Freshlook, Kazzue, Miacare, Coscon, SEED - 5 ~10 business days
*If the contact lenses fall in above category, the above processing days shall apply.
3. Hair Wigs - 5~7 business days
How long will it take to receive my order?
We have 2 warehouses which they are in Malaysia & China, so products may be shipped separately. Not to worry, tracking number will be provided for each package sent.
Shipping may be combined sometimes and you may not see the delivery time frame during checkout. In such case, we will ship with Standard/Economy Shipping and the below shipping time shall apply.

Notes:
1. The delivery time frame is based on the best ESTIMATION. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions, weather conditions, the volume of mail traffic and etc.
2. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the Recipient.
3. Estimated delivery time frame EXCLUDE processing time (found in product description).
4. Please provide a contact number, postal code and buzz code (if any) in the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box address. Delivery is usually done from Monday to Friday, working hours only.
5. Please contact us if the package did not reach within the mentioned delivery time frame, else we will not be able to perform an investigation with the shipper. We will not entertain any claim after such a period.
6. It’s the buyer's responsibility to track the package, please track regularly.
Can i protect my shipment?
You are advised to include Navidium Package Protection which is recommended for hassle free experience.
Navidium Package Protection provides protection for shipments that are Lost (Stuck In Transit), Stolen (Marked As Delivered), or Damaged (during transit).
The definition is as below:
- Lost (Stuck In Transit) - There is no movement for 30 days since the last update in the tracking system.
- Stolen - Tracking status marked as delivered but not received.
- Damaged (during transit) - Physical damage to the item which cannot be used.
Returns, Cancellation & Exchange
How can i cancel the order?
- Request made before shipment - FULL refund.
- Request made after shipped, falls under Return policy, we will charge 10% restocking fee & return shipping fee shall be borne the buyer.
- Custom made items such as toric contacts, hyperopia contacts are not allowed to be cancelled.
How do I return a product?
- Custom made items such as toric contacts & hyperopia contacts are not allowed to be returned.
- Wig is not allowed to be returned due to hygiene reason.
- For order after shipped, contacts can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted if approved, exclude shipping.
- Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
- Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 14 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
- We advise you to email us to find out more about the product if you are unsure or do intensive research before ordering.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
For cancellation before shipping, you will receive refund notification via email and shall receive the refund in your origin payment method within 7 working days.
For return after shipping, we can only refund to you once we confirmed receipt of the returned package. And you will receive refund notification via email and shall receive the refund in your origin payment method within 7 working days.
I received defective / wrong item
Exchange is applicable when you received defective or wrong items, please send us the photo of the received items and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method. Replacement with other same value item or refund only can be done if the same item is out of stock.
